Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Yuvraj Raskar, an individual based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates who operates Jobrrito ("we"), for using the Jobrrito Chrome extension, its server and website. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What Jobrrito does
Jobrrito reads your résumé into a profile, finds and ranks job listings, and fills job application forms from your profile when you click Autofill. It never submits an application: you review every answer and press Submit yourself. It doesn't solve CAPTCHAs or get around a website's security checks, and it doesn't automate LinkedIn.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Google and must be at least 18.
- One person per account. Keep your browser and Google account secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
- One free trial per person.
3. Your responsibilities
- Your profile and answers must be true. Check every filled field before you submit; AI can be wrong, and what you send to an employer is your responsibility.
- Follow the terms of the websites you apply on.
- Don't use Jobrrito to send applications you haven't reviewed, to apply in someone else's name, or to overload any website.
- Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the service.
4. Trials, plans and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Your first plan starts with a 3-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and you're charged. If you've had a trial before, your plan starts and is charged straight away.
- Plans renew automatically (weekly, monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months or yearly) until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from the extension (Account → Manage billing). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Prices are in US dollars and shown before you buy; tax is added at checkout where your country requires it. If we change a price, we'll tell you before your next renewal.
- All payments are final: we don't give refunds, including for time you didn't use, except as our refund policy and the law where you live require.
- Jobrrito isn't offered to people in the European Union or the European Economic Area, or where Paddle can't sell it or sanctions forbid it. Don't buy or use it from there.
5. Fair use and limits
Each plan includes daily limits (on Lite, the weekly plan, 50 autofills, 2 job searches, 2 rankings and 5 résumé reads a day at launch; on Pro, monthly and longer, 100, 3, 3 and 8), which reset at midnight UTC. We may change limits to keep the service running well and will say so in the extension.
6. Job listings and other websites
Job listings come from third-party sources. We don't employ anyone, aren't affiliated with the employers or application systems you use Jobrrito on, and can't promise that a listing is accurate, still open, or will lead to an interview or job.
7. Our property and yours
Jobrrito, its code, design and brand are ours. Your résumé, profile and answers are yours; you allow us to process them only to provide the service, as our privacy policy describes.
8. Disclaimers
Jobrrito is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or work on every website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or lost income, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending this agreement
You can stop using Jobrrito and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes go to the courts of Dubai, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own country's law or courts.
12. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the extension or by email before the change takes effect.
