Refund policy
Last updated 27 September 2026
Paddle, our merchant of record, sells Jobrrito subscriptions and handles payments. This page explains how trials, cancelling and refunds work; Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Try it free first
Your first plan starts with a 3-day free trial, so you can see Jobrrito read your résumé and fill real forms before you pay. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged. Paddle emails you before the trial turns into a paid plan.
All payments are final
Because you can try everything free first, we don't give refunds: not for a plan you've stopped using, time left in a period, or daily limits you didn't use. The only exceptions are below.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time in the extension (Account → Manage billing), or from the link in any email Paddle has sent you.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Exceptions
Billing mistakes
If you were charged after you cancelled, charged twice, or charged for a plan you didn't choose, we'll refund the wrong charge in full.
Where the law requires a refund
Some countries give buyers a legal right to cancel an online purchase and get their money back, and this policy doesn't take that away. In the UK, for example, you can cancel within 14 days of your first payment, counted from when the trial ends, unless you asked at checkout for the service to start straight away and agreed that you'd lose that right once it did.
How to ask
Email support@jobrrito.com from the address you signed in with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Tell us which charge and why. Paddle pays refunds back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
